I am a random asian being named Ashiiya who runs this lovely site. Some people might wonder why I’m called this. “Ashiiya” is basically an acronym for “Aizawa Shiiryuu Iruka Yamiko” which is like a combination of 7 years worth of nicknames xD

I’m liking the college experience xDD it’s not bad at all. Expensive food, classmates that are in middle-age crisis and vending machines that like to mug you of your precious moolah. Yeap. It’s all good. But really, I don’t have much hw so far and the professors are pretty nice, so it’s ok. It’s just that I’m too laid back about life in general XD I’m one of those freaks that think life is a game. I know, it’s not good. I should stop xD as for my classes….

I have a lot of hobbies…..just to list some, I enjoy: writing, drawing, dancing, singing, karaokeing, handball, taking pictures, reviewing tech, sewing, knitting, crocheting, looking for deals, downloading music/movie/youtube videos, and debating.

One big one is that I LOOOVE to learn new languages. I’m currently working on Japanese (almost done, actually), starting to read Greek (damn you philosophy) and painstakingly Chinese. Which unfortunately means, I’m KOREAN. Yeah that’s right, I said it, AND WHAT XDD

You can say I’m like punk, goth and gangsta put together XD depends on my mood, really. Wearing either cargo shorts or skinny jeans with like leather bracelets and silver accessories all over XD and like a lot of black clothes and weird gloves :P and I someday hope to be able to cut my hair mad short and slightly “spike” it. More like poofing it, I think O.o like those weird j-rockers do XD you have to admit, their hairstyles are freakin AWESOME xD

From my constant complaining and ranting, random lyric parodies were born. I like writing, though. I used to be an art major, but something terrible happened and I wasn’t able to continue my life-long dream of being an artist. So now, instead of drawing my feelings, I directly write them. But writing’s not my major. I’m well on my way to becoming a social worker, for reasons you will see….somewhere else floating around this site ^^; I’m also an embodiment of many contradictions. I have no life, so I’ll list a few of them somewhere else….somewhere…..someday xD

You will also notice that I use some rather strange words….cause I’m a rather strange person. I put “-ness” at the end of every damn word xD and overly abuse the word “uber” =__=

My interests and old interests will be listed somewhere around the corner and the things I hate will obviously be yelled about in my ranting blogs ^^
